HOW ORDERS WORK: You will see that this product is listed as SOLD OUT when my shop is closed. I only open my shop for a small batch of orders, and at that point the listing will become available. Spots are limited so if you are interested in getting a piece I highly recommend logging onto this site a few minutes before launch time to increase your chances. They usually fill up within a minute or two! Upcoming launch dates and times are always announced on my Instagram @jotiwall - subscribe to my "wool art" broadcast channel for updates! Prior to ordering I ask that you please read the product description:   

This piece is a mix of needle felting and embroidery (if you choose to have the name stitched below). It is completely handmade and one of a kind! It is created on cotton fabric with a 8 inch beechwood hoop or a 12"x16” frame (extra cost). 

Finishing: You have the option of receiving your piece in a 8” embroidery hoop, OR in a frame (dimensions listed above) Please note that if you are ordering more than one pet portrait it is available only in the framed option (not a hoop).

I will choose the colours for the portrait and font for the name. Please be aware that this is an artists interpretation of the picture(s) provided - therefore it will not look *exactly* the same (it is felted!).

Once you order please make sure to send the following information to my email, jotiwall@gmail.com. Turn around time is 4-6 weeks. These MUST be sent within 48 hours of ordering:

1. A photo of your pets face - preferably close up. Ensure there is good lighting so I can see the colours and contrasts well. 
2. If you would like the name(s) stitched on the bottom of the piece please let me know.
